Commissioned in 2022, the exclusive villa was designed by local architect Jaime Serra. Designed and decorated with exclusive furniture and materials, the villa’s inspiration is a contemporary beach house, with each room offering a unique contact with nature and the Mediterranean Sea. Directly facing Formentera and surrounded by pine trees, it benefits from an exceptional varied view from sunrise to sunset.

The villa features a large kitchen with Gaggeneau appliances, including induction, conventional oven and steam oven, large fridge and freezer, two dishwashers and a wine cellar. There’s also an outside kitchen with fridge and Wolf gas barbecue, plus inside and outside dining tables for up to 16 people, with a separate utility/staff corner.

The central air-conditioning is opereated with a Bluetooth control, and there are fans and WiFi throughout the house. A SONOS sound system is fitted inside and outside (six different systems), with an individual music system in each bedroom. There are six smart Samsung Art television sets connected to the internet. Security system and safes keep your belongings protected.

The use of natural floor stones, bathrooms by Cocoon with Aesop, Divani bedding and furniture, plus outdoor furniture by Tribu and designer lighting systems create an intimate ambience at any time of the day.

3.000 square metres of landscaped Mediterranean garden with ample sitting areas, fruit trees and a chef’s herb garden are there to be enjoyed. A large deck encompasses the swimming pool and garden, with an additional 400 square metres of lounge areas that are complemented with pergolas and sails, with alfresco gym and yoga corners.
