Prices including 10% IVA. Tourist Tax €2,20 per person not included and will be charged additionally when in the residence. Including 40hours per week cleaning & 3x per week pool/terraces/garden.

House Rules
- Smoking is forbidden in the villa and permitted with extreme care in the gardens due to fire risks.
- Pets are not allowed in the villa.
- No extra bed can be added in a room except a baby cot. High chair and baby cot available upon request.
- Parties are strictly forbidden in the villa.
- Our staff may stop by at any time during your stay to check that everything is running smoothly.
- If a key is lost € 500 will be deducted from the security deposit.
Facilities
The villa is equipped with the following: air conditioning in all rooms, audio system in all the rooms, internet WIFI, TV in bedrooms, hairdryer, washing machine and tumbler dryer, dishwasher, oven, fridge, iron and ironing board, coffee machine, household linen, laundry room. In your residence you will find tea, sugar, mineral water (still and fizzy), coffee as well as the usual salt and pepper.
