Interior Living

A spectacular 120 m² living room frames sea views towards Formentera, flowing through floor-to-ceiling sliding doors onto covered terraces. To either side of the main entrance are additional lounge areas with an open fireplace and a dedicated TV room, complete with PS4 and iMac ideal for relaxed evenings.

The Bulthaup kitchen connects to a spacious dining area with a large table seating 12 guests, both enjoying panoramic sea views. The kitchen also opens onto an outdoor breakfast terrace, perfect for morning coffee overlooking the Mediterranean.

Throughout the villa, air-conditioning, blackout shutters and zoned surround sound ensure comfort at any time of day.
