This beautifully designed house is a wonderful mix of chic and cosy, with two living rooms, open fireplaces, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area.

Using the latest technology, the house has been fitted with an intelligent AV system allowing control from any phone or tablet to play music, movies or videos in different areas of the house, terrace or pool. The system incorporates satellite TV, internet, SONOS, Apple TV, and a central server holding any further music or video files you’d like to access. The villa also has a home cinema in the basement of the property.

The garden features a stunning 22 by five-metre saltwater pool, an outside kitchen area with barbecue, and two shaded outdoors dining areas seating a total of 20 guests. There’s a covered seating area for medium groups, one large, shaded chill-out plus one smaller open chill-out. A children’s play area with swings, trampoline, cabin and a 20 metre zip line make it fun for the whole family.
