Accommodating up to 10 guests, the villa comprises six modern and luminous bedrooms, each equipped with en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning, and premium box-spring beds for maximum comfort. Four bedrooms are situated on the first floor, while two are on the ground floor.

On the ground floor, guests will find a chic kitchen with a bar and sea views, along with a spacious open-plan dining/living area featuring a fireplace, flat-screen TV, and a high gallery, all with direct access to the terraces. An integrated Sonos sound system ensures music can be enjoyed both indoors and outdoors. For added security, each sleeping area is fitted with a safe, and the villa is equipped with an alarm system monitored by a security company. The walled property offers complete privacy and peace of mind.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, including the pool. The garage and yard can accommodate one to two rental cars, with additional parking available in front of the electrical entrance gate on the street.

Additional services such as pool heating, extra cleaning, and linen changes can be provided upon request for an extra fee. Guests should note that heating the pool to 28 degrees Celsius in cooler months incurs a charge of 400€ per week, with a two-day heating period required.
