Our Founders
The founders of Ibiza Real Estate BDK, Marcel Arendsen and Frank Verveer, are seasoned real estate professionals who have a deep connection to the island. Having visited Ibiza for many years with their families, their love for the island led them to buy property here. Through their own journey of buying a home, they realized how complex and often opaque the process could be for foreign buyers. Motivated by this experience, Marcel and Frank founded Ibiza Real Estate BDK to help others navigate the local real estate market with care, transparency, and expert guidance.
Eivissa Properties was founded by Annemieke Cohrs, a well-respected figure in the Ibiza real estate scene. Known for her dedication to authenticity and transparent communication, Annemieke has built a reputation for offering clients exceptional service and guidance. With her extensive network of real estate professionals across the island, she has access to an unparalleled range of properties and is passionate about helping her clients find their dream home on the island.
We are proud to introduce Inez de Groot, our dedicated real estate agent who brings a wealth of experience to our team. Inez has an extensive background in high-end real estate, having worked with Engel & Völkers Netherlands for over 12 years, followed by a recent role with Christie’s International Real Estate and r365 Hulstkamp Real Estate Group.
